After each let I send an eMail asking for feedback to let me know your improvement suggestions or tell me where I have slipped.

There is no reasonable suggestion which I do not action.

Proof of the pudding is threefold :-

    403 guests have booked again
    of which 167 have been 3 or more times
    of which 74 have been 5 or more times
    of which 47 have been 7 or more times
    The guest at the top of the league has booked 25 times!

O Quality and cleanliness of the accommodation

O Creation of an ambience to put you in the holiday mood

O Provision of information to help you take best advantage of the area

O Timely, meaningful and useful correspondence

The apartments are redecorated where necessary every year and the carpets professionally cleaned. The heating system is serviced, inspected and certificated annually.

I am always seeking ways improve all of the above.
